[Jenkins-events] meetup in sp

Bruno has the venue reserved from 11am - 8pm. It's either you meet from
 11am - 1pm for the Hackathon or have the hackathon after the talks which
would be from 6:10 -8pm.

If you need more than 2 hours for the hackathon, perhaps we push the
sessions to start later. Question is, how much time would be sufficient for
the hackathon?
