Thanks Alyssa! If it's simple to create a page to rsvp the drink up, that would be good. 

Some bars take reservations for small groups (1 table, perhaps 2). There's a good pub near Paulista x Consolação, O'Malleys [1]. We could ask for a table there or two there, depending on the number of participants. Or if anybody else has suggestions for other places, I can call and get us a table there too.

There are drinking fountains near the rooms, but maybe it would be a good idea to bring some bottle/cups of water, so people can take with them to the rooms. 

On TDC [2] during the break they served water, coffee and crackers like these [3]. What do you think? Would that work, water and crackers? Or should we get some juice, soft drinks too?
