[Jenkins-events] Sao Paulo meet-up advertisements

Congrats on your marriage Otavio.

I am in complete agreement with Bruno. Since this is the first Brazilian
Jenkins meetup it makes sense that we keep things as is. Our experience
from previous Jenkins events, majority of attendees are intermediate users.
When we do offer a beginner session we do not get a lot of attendees (this
is just from previous experience). We can certainly try it out in future
events but for the sake of time and 'newness' let's keep things as is.

thanks,
alyssa
