[Jenkins-events] Meetup skeleton page created for Sao Paulo meetup

Hi all,

I have just confirmed our first sponsor to the Jenkins Sao Paulo
meetup :) This sponsor is a foundation that is part of the
science, technology & innovation ministry. Once I get all the
papers in order and signed we can publicize the sponsorship.

I believe they have one of the largest Jenkins installation in
Brazil.

Can we add the sponsors logo to the meetup web page? Here's what
was offered to the diamond sponsor [1]:

- Logo in the meetup T-shirt
- Logo in the sponsors section of the meetup web page
- Logo in the meetup banner
- Thanks tweet via @jenkins_br
- Include a short description of what the company does in the meetup folder, given to attendees
- Include a banner to be displayed in the meetup venue

Is that all right? I used the YAPC Brazil sponsorship details [1] as basis.

I took the liberty of sending it to the sponsors before posting it here. Sorry.
Let me know if there's anything that we must change, and I will make sure to
update the sponsors benefits & details, and talk with them.

Thanks!
