[Jenkins-events] Write-in name tag ribbons for JUC

I like this idea. Altho  attaching stickies to name tag might be a bit
cumbersome since our name tag is not that big. If we have a set of
categories I can have stickers made (like the one we one did @ J1), i think
it'll stand out more with fonts more legible, we can also have leave room
on the sticker for people to fill in the blank.

how does that sound?
