[Jenkins-events] Write-in name tag ribbons for JUC

Am checking w/ vendor to see what they can do. But I do need the
categories.  Are the below categories it? do we need to add/edit any of
below?

  - "I use Jenkins to" or even "I do"
  - "I work on ____ plugin"
  - IRC Nick:
  - GitHub ID:
  - Twitter ID:
