[Jenkins-events] Write-in name tag ribbons for JUC

Hi Kohsuke,

Attached is a sample of the writable ribbon. It cost twice (~$.90) as much
as regular ($.45) ribbon. Is has the adhesive sticky on the back.

Another option is to have these
ribbons<http://www.marcopromotionalproducts.com/Product/SPEAKER-Horizontal-Badge-Ribbon-H1-SPEAKER-39678.htm#.UktJvWRgb4M>and
have room towards bottom of ribbon to place a white rectangular
sticker/label to allow for writing.

Since we will have ribbons, I will provide plastic badge holders w/ clip on
the back.

lemme know what you think.

thanks,
alyssa
