[Jenkins-events] Bay Area JAM Kickoff Venue

OK, I was thinking about something focused on the one you are doing
tomorrow in Mountain View, which I presume will really just focus on
talking about the bay area meetup.

The last post we did on this is this

I thought it makes sense to let people know where & when we are doing it,
in the hope that it will encourage last minute attendance.

I'm going to use your draft for another post to let people know that we are
trying to replicate this across the world, and the bay area one is just the
beginning. I think that conversation will be probably better suited for the
project meeting or ML, because it inherently involves people from all over
the world, like Christopher, Bruno, and my Japanese friends in Tokyo.
