Do you mean Jenkins meetups? If so, existing Jenkins meetup groups are HERE
Currently there is no meetup group in Washington DC we'd love to have you
as organizer if you're up for it.
If your question is pertaining to CIA
currently have a couple ambassadors out there - one in France and 2 in Peru
that i'm aware of.
