[Jenkins-events] [Proposal] - Converting Jenkins Office Hours to Jenkins Online Meetup

It looks like meetup.com does not like "virtual" meetups so they deleted
our vJAM. We are in the process of creating another page, perhaps "Jenkins
Online Meetup". We will share this link once it gets approved by meetup.com
