[Jenkins-events] T-shirt & hat proceed from FOSDEM

Just for the recording keep for transparency,

We sold T-shirts for 20 EUR a piece and hats for 10 EUR a piece in FOSDEM.
On first day we sold 990 EUR and on 2nd day we sold 380. I believe Daniel,
Chris, and Adrian have witnessed the amount.

I looked up the conversion rate of USD/EUR today and that's 1.21966 USD for
1 EUR. Thus 1370 EUR * 1.21966 = 1670.93 USD. I rounded it up to 1700 USD
and donated the said amount to SPI. I saw the confirmation email came
through to the board address, so the money is with SPI now.

Finally the credit. I believe the goods in question were donated for free
by CloudBees. Alyssa personally carried them all to Brussels with her (her
own luggage got stranded in Heathrow but she held on to the Jenkins
T-shirts!) Olivier is also storing the left over for the next year. And a
lot of attendees came to buy those goods, and undoubtedly many of them
meant it as a donation to the project. Many thanks for all of them.

I meant to wrap this up sooner but I ended up taking a lot longer. My
apologies for taking this long to wrap this up
