Idea: ask them to give us some serious/silly/funny "customer quotes".
We'll pick a lucky winner and send the book on his way with all our signatures.


On a similar idea - what about a "testing/quality" persona full of software quality quotes that we can create as default.  (I fail to fill more than a few which gets repetitive!)

Success: its only passed as its only been auto checked.
Success: Great programmers produce great code.
Success: Quick "ship it"!
Fail/unstable: Was someone on the beer last night?
Fail/unstable: But you said it passed on your local machine?
Fail/unstable: So how are you going to blame this one on Jenkins?
