[Jenkins-fosdem] We have a stand for FOSDEM 2013!

I neglected to send this email out earlier as I was on vacation.

We have been invited back to FOSDEM 2013 to run a Jenkins stand!


Here's what I think we'll need:

    * Lots of stickers! I hope Kohsuke has plenty
    * Pins or stickers (http://amzn.com/B008ODLPY0) to indicate which languages
      we speak. Last year I watched a few people struggle to ask questions in
      English, and then were incredibly relieved when ndeloof or fredg showed
      up to speak in their native tongue.
    * Demo laptops. Last year we had KK's and I think ndeloof's. Perhaps we
      should have this a bit more organized this year to make sure we have good
      demo set ups on the laptops?
    * Some sort of informational flyer. The flyers that I had printed off last
      year were pretty basic, but I think it helped to have something for
      people to read and take away with them, ideally with good links on it,
      etc.


Lastly, I think we need somebody to volunteer to be the "Stand Captain", since
I will be busy most of Saturday running the Testing and Automation devroom, and
Kohsuke will be busy giving his keynote. Any volunteers to be in charge of the
stand, at least on Saturday? This wouldn't mean you would miss all talks, it
would just mean that you'd be responsible for making sure somebody is manning
the stand.
