My hotel is right next to Bruxelles Midi, depending on the weather I think it
will be reasonable to arrive at 18:30 and get to dinner by 19:15, it will just
be tight if it is raining or snowing.

Last year the snow caused a clusterfuck with the taxi cabs departing Midi that
Friday night, I'm not sure if that was purely weather related or if it always a
clusterfuck.
