[Jenkins-infra] Need to schedule a downtime of cucumber

A slight addendum to this, I think we need to schedule *TWO* downtimes for
cucumber as soon as possible.

One for the backup NIC, and another for an upgrade from Karmic Koala (9.10),
which is no longer receiving security updates, to Lucid Lynx (10.04).
