[Jenkins-infra] Disk availability on eggplant.jenkins-ci.org

I quickly had a look at the issue
I didn't see that we were hosting Jira+confluence on a VM with only 512M of
RAM and 10Gb of HD but we like challenges :-)
About disk space the only thing we may improve is the cleanup of logs. Most
of them aren't compressed and perhaps we are keeping them for a too long
time.
We may see to reconfigure Tomcat/Jira/confluence or to use an external
process (logrotate, a simple cron/bash) to do more cleanup.
