I've updated all the hosts and verified that Puppet runs are functional on them
*EXCEPT* for `kale`.

Kale is our only non-Ubuntu box, and as such presents a number of fun issues.

I'll probably have to get to fixing it this weekend unfortunately.



Good news is that we're using Puppet native packages from Puppet Labs now, no
more gem nonsense, and we're managing the versions thereof with Puppet itself.
When the time comes (soon) to upgrade to Puppet 3, we should be able to do it
easily.
