Howdy Oscar! There's not much of an overarching "commitment" required, I
would say our two primary goals are:

  1) Keep the Jenkins project infrastructure running
  2) Automate (using Puppet) as many pieces as possible to ensure the
infra quality is high

One of the primary benefits of the approach to puppetizing everything is
that it allows us to be very effective with a small group.

As far as skill level, experience with Puppet is helpful, but it's easy
enough to get started with. It's also important to develop responsibly,
testing the heck out of whatever you've worked on :)

Are you located near the San Francisco bay area? We'll have some
training with Puppet Labs coming up which you could join. If not that's
okay, we'll try to make sure we document as much as possible :)
