[Jenkins-infra] Failure to Sign up at jenkins-ci.org/account/signup

Hi all,
when I try to submit the registration form at 
https://jenkins-ci.org/account/signup ,  the server respond me with the 
error:


    HTTP ERROR 500

Problem accessing /account/doSignup. Reason:

     challenge missing
