[Jenkins-infra] 502, 503 and 504 Errors Left and Right

They appear to be working now.... I would like to point out that those
errors are thrown by the web server, not the browser/client, there was
definitely something wrong during the evening with the web servers... I
appreciate your response, here are what the http error codes mean

502 - Bad Gateway - http://www.checkupdown.com/status/E502.html
503 - Service Unavailable
504 - Gateway Timed out
