[Jenkins-infra] Cannot download jenkins 1.509

Hi Guys,

I'm not entirely sure this is the right place to send this to. If not,
please accept my apologies and point me in the right direction.

I was trying to download an older version of the jenkins package for
ubuntu/debian from: http://pkg.jenkins-ci.org/debian/. However, if I click
on the 1.509 link I get a 404 Not Found.

Can you point me to some mirror somewhere that still has these releases
(and shouldn't you remove the links that no longer work)?
