I would love help on this :) JIRA and Confluence are the bane of my existence!

The biggest impediment to upgrading is that we do not have very effective
Puppet code to manage either JIRA or Confluence. This is a pretty big gap in
our ability to effectively manage those services.

We've got hardware ready to move JIRA to, which will help some of our existing
stability problems but without proper Puppet code, I'm terrified to make the
changes on such a crucial service.

New services are being managed and deployed through this Puppet repo: <https://github.com/jenkins-infra/jenkins-infra>

You can join us on #jenkins-infra and discuss this more in real time if you'd
like. Any help you're willing to offer I'm open to :)
