[Jenkins-infra] ips.jenkins-ci.org not accessible

Actually, it means that there's no contributors, who wants to spend his
time on supporting/testing Jenkins on this platform.
If somebody takes a responsibility for this Solaris/OpenIndiana flows, the
support can be continued IMO.
