[Jenkins-infra] Bigger disk space for 140.211.9.2

Hello,

Thanks for hosting out infra! One of the VMs we have on OSUOSL is filling
up disk space, and it's likely going to prevent the operation of our issue
tracker soon.

The primary volume is 7.7GB big, and it's 92% full.

Any chance you can increase the volume size of this a bit, say to 10GB, so
that we have more breath room?
