[Jenkins-infra] Possible to upgrade RAM on jenkins-puppet.osuosl.org?

Much to my dismay the new Puppet Enterprise 3.7 moves a lot of processes into
hungry-hungry JVMs.

As such I cannot keep our services running properly due to out of memory errors
consistently killing processes.

I think upgrading the machine's RAM from 4-6GB (8GB if possible) would give us
enough slack to continue to survive running our entire Puppet Enterprise set up
on one node.

If this is not possible, let me know and I'll see what I can do in terms of
breaking out the services provded on this node :(

Cheers
