The two routes for debugging I would suggest are looking in the admin part of
the /account/ app. I'm not sure who all has access to that. Or another option,
I feel less confident in, is using the ldap command line tools from cucumber to
look at this person's account.


The DB files are in /var/lib/ldap/*.bdb, and I suggest making sure they're
backed up before making any modifications with CLI tools just to be extra safe
