[Jenkins-infra] Suggestion: Regular Infra sub-team meetings

I think it would be useful to have a regular meeting, maybe only 30 minutes,
with the subject being some of the infra work we are doing or /should/ be doing :)

I still expect to give fairly regular updates in the normal jenkins meetings,
but there's a number of topics that I think make more sense in separate
meetings: alerting gaps, recent incidents/outages, upcoming planned work,
planned maintenances, etc.

What do you all think?

Cheers
