[Jenkins-infra] Suggestion: Regular Infra sub-team meetings

Good idea.
Btw, who'd have access to those meetings (as I suppose there would/could be
some disclosure of sensitive informations)?

Who's currently in the Jenkins infra sub-team?
Maybe time to go with
