[Jenkins-infra] [GitHub] - Admin permission request for jenkinsci organisation

Hello,

Currently I invest some time on handling incoming plugin creation and 
ownership change requests in jenkinsci-dev mailing list.

Sometimes there is a need to perform operations requiring overall admin 
permissions. Examples:

   - Rename a repository
   - Fix permissions for plugin-internal groups
   - Update "jenkinsci/Everyone" access to plugins (incoming requests, 
   improper manual forks, etc.)

Particular operations could be implemented via Jenkins IRC bot, but it 
cannot be done for custom cases. So I would like to ask the community to 
grant me overall admin permissions. My GitHub account is secured via 
two-factor auth, there is no API keys allowing automatic administrative 
operations.


Would it be possible to get the permissions?
