[Jenkins-infra] unable to login to JIRA or make releases.

HI all,

I'm unable to login to JIRA - Sorry, a communication error occurred while
trying to contact the remote authentication server.
Also unable to make releases - [INFO] [ERROR] Failed to execute goal
org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-deploy-plugin:2.6:deploy (default-deploy) on
project bytecode-compatibility-transformer: Failed to deploy artifacts:
Could not transfer artifact
org.jenkins-ci:bytecode-compatibility-transformer:jar:1.6.1 from/to
maven.jenkins-ci.org (
http://maven.jenkins-ci.org:8081/content/repositories/releases): Failed to

Return code is: 401, ReasonPhrase: Unauthorized. -> [Help 1]


Guessing the auth services are dead again.
