[Jenkins-infra] Creating a plugin release returns 401 Unauthorized

I have just tried again and am still unable to push the release to the 
Jenkins server: *"401, ReasonPhrase: Unauthorized."*

Any news about this ? Not sure what could be wrong. Alternatively, maybe 
someone else can publish the release on my behalf ?
