[Jenkins-infra] Creating a plugin release returns 401 Unauthorized

Hi,

Have you tried the below section yet?
 

Make sure PW encryption is correct:
   
   - Login https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/webapp/home.html?0 with 
   jenkins-ci.org account
   - Go to https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/webapp/profile.html
   - Unlock "Current Password"
   - Put "Encrypted Password" to your settings.xml
