[Jenkins-infra] Creating a plugin release returns 401 Unauthorized

[Fengtan]

Nevermind: turns out I was using Maven 2, and using Maven 3 fixed the 
problem.
I have updated the wiki 
page https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/pages/editpage.action?pageId=18612226 in 
case this can be useful for someone else.
