[Jenkins-infra] Adding Jenkins events to the Jenkins website

Hi Infra and Events teams,

Do we have a documented process for adding events to the Jenkins calendar
and events sidebar on the main website?

>From what I see this calendar misses the most of JAMs. It would be great to
automate polling of meetup.com at least.
