[Jenkins-infra] Scheduled maintenance of the Jenkins Artifactory server this weekend?

I am assuming Baruch has the details for it, however he's currently
airborne on his way over here, so couldn't reach out to him in this regard.
I will double check with him tomorrow and let you know.

Another issue we've just found - seems that there's currently an issue with
the JenkinsToBintray plugin. We're looking into that.
