[Jenkins-infra] jenkins.community, what should we do with it?

There would be some content duplicated, not in terms of two different files in
different repositories but rather the same source file being used to create
the two different views.

My thinking is that this would be almost like a "community dashboard" rather
than discrete pages which we may/may not currently have. As such I would expect
the template(s) for jenkins.community to be nested into the
jenkins-infra/jenkins.io repository.
