Dear Jenkins admins,

we noticed that the update-center.json file points to the plugin
matrix-project in version 1.7.1, but the mirrors (including
ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de which I administer) do not serve the
corresponding HPI file.

Could you please make sure to keep these two things in sync?
