That approach is forbidden based on item #7 here
(https://help.github.com/articles/github-terms-of-service/#a-account-terms)

    One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account, and
    one machine user account that is used exclusively for performing automated
    tasks.

jenkinsadmin is our "entity's" automated account.


Continuing this discussion is somewhat pointless, GitHub Support literally told
me that additional accounts to solve the rate-limit issue is in violation of
their terms of service.


Until Arnaud convinces his friends at Atlassian to make the DVCS integration
less heavy-weight it's going to have to remain disabled.
