[Jenkins-infra] Access to stats

FYI http://stats.jenkins.io/plugin-installation-trend/jvms.json is now live.

When https://github.com/jenkins-infra/infra-statistics/pull/22 will be
merged, there will be an additional node at the end of that file showing
stats specific to Jenkins 2.x.
