I wanted to send some notice out about this, I have finally resolved
https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/INFRA-916 by deploying ci.jenkins.io and
trusted.ci.jenkins.io via the official "jenkins" Docker container.

I'm rather pleased with myself, since this was a drop-in replacement via
Puppet. It uninstalled the native Package, purged a few resources and set-up
the container resources. No uids were harmed in the making of this email :)

Thanks for the patience with the bonkers PermGen issues, and thanks to a few of
you, like abayer, who jumped in to restart the service over these past few
