Sorry about the broken links :/

A while back when we migrated ci.jenkins.io, I took all the jobs which require
elevated permissions and moved them off the public internet.

Baptiste has filed this ticket (https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/INFRA-810)
for syncing Update Center logs from that trusted.ci.j.io instance to ci.j.io in
a read-only fashion. I haven't had the time to write a script to do so, but if
you have something, or can recommend something, we can get that in place.
