Thanks for the offer — we're still using our mirror network, so the more
the merrier, I suppose… :)

However, because your mirror uses HTTPS, and 301-redirects HTTP to HTTPS
— which is normally great — unfortunately we wouldn't be able use it as
the Jenkins update process can't deal with such redirects (see
https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-38340).

If you could disable the HTTP -> HTTPS redirects for the /jenkins (or
whatever) path, then it could work.
A Jenkins mirror would require around 100GB of disk space.
