[Jenkins-infra] Request: Push permissions to the jenkins.io repository

Hi Infra team,

I would like to kindly request the push permissions to
https://github.com/jenkins-infra/. Use-cases:

   - Update of Jenkins weekly release changelogs, which have been moved to
   GitHub recently
      - Why? I regularly integrate changes and prepare changelogs together
      with Daniel)
      - GSoC page and calendar updates
      - Why? I am one of the GSoC org admins

I do not plan going beyond these use-cases with new permission. And
of-course I will be always working via pull requests.

Would it be possible to get such permissions?
