[Jenkins-infra] https://jenkins.ci.cloudbees.com/ got a build queue for about 3 hours or so

Hi there,

If you are already aware of, please ignore this email. Otherwise it seems
there are some issues with the jenkins cloudbees instance, builds are not
running and it seems the cloud Slave Provisioning is failing with some 504
when accessing https://mansion-broker.cloudbees.com as you can see below

DEV at cloud Slave Provisioning Problems
> Requesting of lxc cloud slaves are temporarily suspended due to an earlier
> problem. It will be tried again in 3 min 37 sec
> Retry Now
> The rest of the page shows recent problems
