A Jenkins mirror typically requires about 100GB of storage and a significant
amount of bandwidth depending on how many other regional users there are. For
our US and Europe-based mirrors we send approximately ~40TB of data a month
(spread across all the mirrors in that region).

More exact numbers are a bit hard to come by, I would expect a mirror
country-locked to Israel wouldn't have more than a hundred GB of transit a
month.
