[Jenkins-infra] Our mirror disappeared from your list (and is not in use anymore)

Hi Jenkins folks,

our mirror ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de is not listed on
http://mirrors.jenkins.io/status.html and our traffic analysis reveals
that everything Jenkins related stopped happening very early this
February.

Do you know about this? Did I miss a mail about any relevant change?
Could you re-instantiate our mirror?

PS: We offer IPv6 and HTTPs now.
