[Jenkins-infra] Debian Jenkins Local mirror

Hi,
I would like to run a local mirror of the Debian Jenkins Site (
https://pkg.jenkins.io/debian/)
For regular Debian sites, I use ftpsync (
https://anonscm.debian.org/git/mirror/archvsync.git)
For Debian Jenkins Site, I am able to use the same tool, but I use
ftp-nyc.osuosl.org to have a sync:// access.
It works, but it does not download binary/Release and binary/Packages*
files, so it is not possible to use the local mirror. By the way, I have
the same issue with alternative mirrors sites, which do not contain thoses
files and therefore cannot be used in /etc/apt/sources.list.

I have two questions:
1) Which tool are you using to mirror from the main site?
2) Is it possible to specify mirrored site in /etc/apt/sources.list?

    deb http://pkg.jenkins-ci.org/debian binary/ -> works
    deb ftp://ftp-nyc.osuosl.org pub/jenkins/debian/ -> does not work

Best Regards,
Arnaud
