I don't think this has actually ever worked. A Confluence update a few years (?) ago added it, and it has always been broken due to the caching layer in front of Confluence to handle the load, and every page that's using it simply shouldn't (unfortunately, IIRC, it's automatic).

That's why recent Blue Ocean releases switched to a different form of list.
