I was sort of surprised old PRs are rebuild with every pipeline library 
change so the load has spiked over expectations. I have done some spring 
cleaning in those old PRs hopefully making this easier on ci.jenkins.io. 
Also, we are initiating the process that will result in ATH loosing 
substation amount of its weight rather soon.

Please feel free to reach directly to me or Lucie in case ATH (or 
anything else we maintain) would cause havoc on ci.jenkins.io.
