[Jenkins-infra] Opening up Google Analytics access a bit

Hello,
Thanks for this proof of trust and I just want to reassure people here that 
I share the same concerns about data privacy than Tyler.
Those data belong to the community, are there to make the project better and won't be used for any other goals.
